nuts are not a key ingredient in some of our products, our food is made in the same area as the menu items containing various nuts including peanuts. Though best practices are used in preparation, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know.

Juice Cleansing Notice: We do not recommend juice cleansing for those who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or under the age of 18 years old. Our programs are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any diseases. Please consult your Health-Practitioner before starting any new health regime. Although common side effects include diarrhea, fatigue, and headaches, if you begin to feel ill or unwell, consult your doctor immediately. We want our customers to enjoy their cleanse in a safe and healthy manner.

Cold-Pressed Products & Cleanse Packages

We are grateful that you are trusting us with helping you get healthy, it's a big commitment and one that we believe is very worthwhile. 

Our commitment is to provide high-quality products in timely matter to every customer. Cold press juice must be treated with great care and diligence. With our commitment to quality we offer following refund guidelines. 

• All online & in store refunds result in a 7% non-refundable service fee.
• 3 days or more prior to your cleanse production date: We offer full refund excluding 7% credit card processing fee.  
• Changes or postponements must be received by 12:00pm 3 days prior to your juice production day. We will not offer refunds or a cancellations made after this day and time. 
• 2 or 1 days prior to production date: no refunds can be issued after 3 day mark. If you would like to transfer your cleanse to someone else, that is an option that can be arranged, but no refunds or schedule changes can be made. 
• We do not offer refunds or substitutions if you cancel during the cleanse or after you have completed it. 
• Any cleanse not picked up from our store as scheduled is not eligible for a refund. 
• Please note that our cold pressed juices are made in batches to meet the demands, so we do not offer customizations of our recipes, however you can always choose a different product to substitute with. 
• All cleanse purchases are required to be scheduled within 30 days of the original purchase. 

There are no refunds for delays and interference that are outside of Pure Juices control. This includes, but is not limited to bad weather, issues with shipping curriers, traffic. If we have to cancel your cleanse or delivery, we will communicate with you clearly by email or phone. We will make sure you are compensated for any products that is not delivered due to issues on our end.

For our retail, we accept unopened and brand new condition products only. This is for 30 days from purchase date. You must bring or send your receipt. If you are returning by mail, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
